The Joke Is in the Name

Geico found a great way to use a celebrity in its latest spot from The Martin Agency-- and the clue is in the name.

A couple of kids set up a lemonade stand, but, despite a huge sign proclaiming "Lemonade," all the adults passing are asking: "Is that Iced Tea?"

Eventually it's revealed that none other than Ice T himself is sitting behind the kids, and he's not impressed by their questioning. (Geico also released a longer social media video featuring Ice T offering his top tips on selling lemonade, which is pretty funny too. Advice includes "Never haggle. Just stare.")

So what does all this have to do with Geico? Well, Ice T at a lemonade stand is "surprising," but what's not surprising is how much money you can save by switching to Geico.
