Grey New York makes recycling interesting with these artistic new print ads to promote New York City and Mayor Bloomberg's "Recycle Everything" program. The public education effort supports the largest recycling expansion in the city in 25 years, and the point was to show that New Yorker's are good at recycling everything -- from clothing to apartments to fads to storefronts. The ads are pop art-like collages featuring recyclables like magazines, bottles, and cans coming together with logos of major brands torn from the packaging.

Brands from Chobani to PepsiCo to Energizer to Seventh Generation granted the use of their logos in the ads, and media properties like the New York Post, New York Magazine, Time Out and Better Homes and Gardens partnered with the ads. The posters will appear outdoors and in newspapers.
