Saucony profiles Eduardo Garcia, aka "The Bionic Chef," in this inspiring and uplifting film that shows how he finds inspiration in cooking, foraging and of course running, having vowed to find new meaning in life after he lost his left arm in a hiking accident in 2011.

Chef Garcia, founder of the food brand Montana Mex, stars in this short shot in beautiful landscapes around Montana. where he grew up. In it, he explains how he decided to "milk more out of life daily" following his accident.

He's great on the subject of food, but it's his words on how running helps him reconnect with the outdoors that will really strike a chord with the brand's target audience. The film, part of a series by Saucony called "Seeker Stories", was directed by Co.Lab at Persuade & Influence, for agency Mechanica. Whitehouse Post and Carbon VFX also worked on the spot.
