Here's a fact that may make you feel old: "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," the first in J.K. Rowling's acclaimed children's book series, debuted in the U.S. nearly two decades ago. To celebrate the upcoming 20th anniversary, Scholastic will be publishing new paperback versions of the collection with covers created by Brian Selznick, the Caldecott-winning illustrator and writer behind novels including "The Invention of Hugo Cabret" and "Wonderstruck." (The original U.S. illustrations were created by Mary GrandPre.)

To tease the release, Scholastic dropped this video featuring a tableau of Selznick's dramatic, finely detailed art work of Harry, Hermione, Ron, Dumbledore and more--all set to a powerful track. The effort is part of Scholastic's year-long campaign celebrating the anniversary. The new paperbacks will go on sale June 26, 2018.
