It's well-known that Toms Shoes' one-for-one program promises a pair of new shoes to a child in need for every one purchased, but the brand's new short film llustrates how that mission hits us here at home. The shoemaker debuts its first film about its giving program in the U.S. and shows how it benefts a boy from rural Kentucky, an aspiring basketball star. In the online video, he receives the brand's new "Giving Athletic Shoe." We also see the stories of others the others in the Toms "ecosystem": a customer, employee and a giving partner.

The film was produced out of the brand's recently formed in-house shop, Toms Lab.
